Shipping and Refunds
How and when orders ship, what shipping costs, and how cancellations, returns, refunds and subscription changes work. This policy forms part of the Terms of Sale and Use.
Version 1.0 · Effective 24 October 2026 · Peptique retains every version of this document and will provide the version that was in force on the date of any order on request.
1. Where we ship
Peptique ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to a freight forwarder for onward export.
2. Processing and cutoff
Orders placed and paid before 2PM MT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Payment must have cleared; some methods take longer to clear than others.
We may hold an order for eligibility verification under section 4 of the Terms of Sale and Use. If we do, we will tell you.
3. Cost and free shipping
Free shipping on orders over $99 after discounts. Free shipping on every subscription delivery, with no minimum. Below the threshold on a one time order, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipments go tracked, UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority by default, in a plain carton with no product description on the outside.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are estimates. Neither Peptique nor any carrier guarantees a delivery date, and transit times vary with weather, carrier volume and address type.
5. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
Title and risk pass to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier. That said, a carrier confirmed loss is reshipped at no charge once the carrier has completed its process.
Visible transit damage must be reported within seven days of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton, the label and the contents as received.
6. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been handed to the carrier it cannot be cancelled, and the returns rules below apply instead.
7. Returns
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Write to us first for a return authorisation; returns sent without one cannot be matched to an order.
Opened Materials cannot be returned. Once a vial has left our custody and been opened we cannot verify its storage, handling or integrity, and we will not resell it to another laboratory. This protects the next researcher, not our margin.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our error.
Where a free item was received under a buy one get one offer and the paid item is returned, the refund is adjusted to account for the free item unless it is returned as well.
9. Subscriptions
Skip, pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account, with no notice period and no fee. A change applies to the next delivery that has not already entered fulfilment. A delivery already dispatched follows the returns rules above.
